App works and loads quickly and easy to register, log in, and use

App often loads very slowly. It would be great if it was faster. Seems secure and is convenient.

When I attempt to access the app all I get is a server error message. So annoying. And it take FOREVER for the app to get to the next screen. Fix it

Its way to slow now & when you do get in and go to contact us after 2 mins it closes you out. Called 7x 1.15mins approx each time cant get through. Received email 5 months ago my new chip card is in the mail & still havent received it. ?????

This app doesnt work more than its up and running. Please do some bug fixes to this & yes I always update the latest softwares.

This thing asks for all your information. Now it doesnt work. Im scared now that my credit will be ruined. Wont even allow me to login anymore.

Said my acct is locked. Called numerous numbers with the same automated recording going around in circles like a carousel and no live person to help me resolve this issue to access account online

Every time I login in its giving me server error.

This app is horrible! It keeps giving me the error "You have exceeded the maximum log in attempts, your account is currently disabled." Ive only logged in once...

After being locked out I called customer service who "opened a ticket with a call back to me in a few days"! I missed the call back who left me a message that I would need to call customer service again to open another ticket! Now I am unable to reach a person to open another ticket...Ive tried every phone option (several of which will automatically disconnect you!) I am unable to use the website or the app and cannot get a password reset - to me a basic requirement. Also the "app support" from this page takes you to the website that requires you to log in!!! Arrrrgh!

Every time I log in it tells me there is a server error.

This is the worst app ever! It always says server error and if you put the password in wrong more than once it disables your account. It also will not let me view my monthly statement, its a total waste,not even worth it!!! Doesnt even deserve a half a star

Just needs touch ID integration.

This app would be greater if there werent CONSTANT server issues. Please fix!!!!

Its easy to use! Easier than the steps before, loads all previous transactions and deposits.

The app is great. Love being able to see where my money goes
