No password reset

After being locked out I called customer service who "opened a ticket with a call back to me in a few days"! I missed the call back who left me a message that I would need to call customer service again to open another ticket!

Now I am unable to reach a person to open another ticket...Ive tried every phone option (several of which will automatically disconnect you!)

I am unable to use the website or the app and cannot get a password reset - to me a basic requirement.

Also the "app support" from this page takes you to the website that requires you to log in!!! Arrrrgh!
